About NSW Courts
I was in a house fire where I suffered 2nd degree burns, Anoxic Brain damage PTSD and severe depression. I was diagnosed as a person with cognitive impairment. In my first NSW Supreme Court hearing I was without a tutor. The QC representing me took me into a back room and began to threaten harrasse and intimidate me. He eventually wrote a personal cheque for, $3,000.00 saying if I don't take cheque I will be in life debt and possibly go to jail. I was very confused and scared. I took cheque. Went back into court room. Justice Newman asked if I understood what was happening. I said no and began to tell him what this QC said and did in back room. Justice Newman shut me down and I lost my case. I recently put in Statement of Claims into NSW Supreme Court. They accepted Statement of Claims. Again my case proceeded without my having a tutor appointed for me. My Form 9.pt7 was ignored by Supreme court and I had to represent myself. I lost my case again. Justice Faulkner even stated that all transcripts and files from original NSW Supreme Court hearing were missing. Even though there are law's and Acts in NSW to protect a person with cognitive impairment the NSW Supreme Court failed twice in following these laws. I think because of Gross error by the Supreme court in their allowing my hearing to proceed without my having a tutor gives me a good appeal to the High Court of Australia.
I was one of the victims in 2001 when he was first convicted of child sex abuse I have suffered from this all my childhood and never had any help from this I feel like I should have been mentioned in the court as am suffering from this ordeal this guy has destroyed my life and many others. He should be accountable for all these crimes that he has committed and should not be released into the community as he could do it again as he will I’m not happy that the laws for sex offenders are getting off lightly if you wanna contact me my email has been provided I can tell you more information about this perpetrator I am willing help if needed and can travel anytime but won’t flights thank you
These laws are a joke.
I have been prescribed Medicinal cannabis and i only use it at night before bed then i wait the 12 hours before i drive yet the other day i was pulled over and drug tested, a test that i failed.
I take less than the prescribed amount because i didn't want to drive under the influence hence the reason i use a minuscule amount only before going to bed to help with my sleep as the pain i suffer stops me from getting a full nights sleep.
I am now facing a 3 month ban on my licence and a fine while also having that on my permanent record.
I am also the primary carer for my elderly mother whom i can no longer drive to her appointments. We live 30km from the nearest major town with no public transport.
Now i read this and see that appealing this travesty will do me no good.
The useless law makers in the state of NSW have done nothing to help people in my position, Sure they have allowed us to use this medication but still want to ruin our lives for doing so.
This is not only cruel but a travesty of justice.
People can still have a few drinks of alcohol and drive while i cant use cannabis the night before i drive.
I have also been a victim of this Magistrate Prowes . A Law to himself. I also appealed Prowes 3 year sentence he placed upon me for a driving offence where I was rear ended. The the alleged victims never showed up for trial and was also found the police officer had manipulated evidence which Prowes knew about but still accepted..the Police officer was later charged after a internalinvestigationinto the officer illegal accessing privileged information..Prowes also knew he was cutting off my life saving cancer treatment. On appeal I was found not guilty and case dismissed. My case was investigated and prowes was found to be a legal bully and law unto himself..yet everyone in the justice system knows yet his still there as a Magistrate..never believe or trust the legal system again. Or their Dukes Of Hazards Magistrate...disgusting..anyone with suggestions for what to do please let me know justchris@live.com.au...There's Justice then Just Us
