Forster Local Court

Forster is a town on the mid-north coast of New South Wales about 300 kilometres north of Sydney. It is located in close proximity to Tuncurry, considered its twin town. Forster is a popular destination for holidaymakers.

Forster Courthouse recently underwent large-scale renovations, with the installation of a dock in the courtroom, and the registry and public waiting areas undergoing significant expansion.  It is located on Lake Street.

Forster is approximately 4 hours driving from Sydney. Busways coaches operate daily and CountryLink has train services that operate to Newcastle with a connecting coach to Forster.
