Coonabarabran Local Court

Coonabarabran is located in north western NSW, approximately 500km from Sydney. It is home to the Warrumbungle National Park, and the Siding Spring Observatory, which is Australia’s largest optical astronomy research facility. It is also popular with bushwalkers and campers.

The closest main airport is in Dubbo, which is served by Qantas and Regional Express.  NSW CountryLink offers a combined train and bus service to Coonabarabran from Central and Strathfield, which takes around 8 hours.
